Therefore, we cannot accommodate large quantities of stored boxes, pool cleaning/storage, cabinet shops, animal shelters, food storage, greenhouse cultivation, restaurant establishments, mechanics, body shops, convenience stores, or any business activities related to marijuana. Adhering to these regulations is essential to mitigate the risk of fire hazards and prioritize the well-being of all individuals within the premises.

Business Approval
We will conduct a credit check and verify information you provided in your application. A deposit and the first month’s rent are required. Additionally, you must obtain general liability insurance for the unit you are approved for and name us as additional insured on your policy prior to occupancy.
The application approval process can take up to 3-5 business days to complete.
